Reuters recently reported that big companies have already started making changes to ensure that their health plans are compliant with changes mandated by the health reform. The National Business Group on Health issued a survey to some of its largest members to gain insight as to how these companies and poising themselves for the change. The report generated by the survey results suggests that changes will cause costs to rise and that companies have budgeted for this increase to be around 9%.
