OBJECTIVE OF COURSE:
To educate employers, plan administrators, trustees, insurance agents and brokers about the areas of concern related to an EBSA investigation. The presentation will also include the rules and regulations administered by the U. S. Department of Labor, EBSA, regarding health plans. The information will be presented by Senior Benefit Advisor Cesar Santiago and will last for approximately two hours.
