Special Event: Please join FWAHU as we offer both the full Small Group Specialist Certification and Re-certification Courses along with a Membership Luncheon.
7:00a-4:00p “Small Employer Health Benefit Plan Specialty Cert”, Course #30527, 8 hrs.
*FWAHU and TAHU Member Registration is $80 if pre-registered online ($90 at the door)
*Non-Members is only $95 if pre-registered online ($105 at the door)
7:00a-12:00p “Small Employer Health Specialty Cert – An Update”, Course #87291, 5 hrs.
*FWAHU and TAHU Member Registration is $50 if pre-registered online ($60 at the door)
*Non-Members is only $65 if pre-registered online ($75 at the door)
Registration: Certification Course Registration begins at 6:30AM and the courses start at 7:00AM.
Certification Meetings include CE, Membership Luncheon Admission and Lunch Buffet.
Pre-Registration ends on September 12th at 9:00PM
- Members Registration (luncheon only) is only $30 if pre-registered online ($35 at the door)
- Non-Members (luncheon only) is only $40 if pre-registered online ($45 at the door)
- Season Passholders (luncheon only) $0 if pre-registered online ($5 at the door)
Meeting cancellations received in writing 72 hours prior to luncheon, will receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations will be made after this time. All registered members/guest who are no-shows will be invoiced for the meeting registration fee.
