July Membership Luncheon
FWAHU would like to invite you to attend our upcoming luncheon and 1-hour CE “New Dimensions in Pensions (Provider # 32637, Course 90823). During the meeting, FWAHU’s own Mike Smith, of The Brokerage, will entertain us with his detailed knowledge of current trends in retirement plans.

Pre-Registration ends on July 7th at 5:00PM
- Members Registration is only $30 if pre-registered online ($35 at the door)
- Non-Members is only $40 if pre-registered online ($45 at the door)
- 2015/2016 Season Passholder online renewal $240. That’s only $20/month for the entire year of regular scheduled membership meetings! ($5 additional for same day registration at the door)
Meeting cancellations received in writing prior to July 1, 2015, will receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations will be made after this date.

**Special Non-Member Offer**
Non-members who enroll for a FWAHU membership on the day of the event will be eligible for a refund of their attendance fees. Their membership application and membership payment needs to be returned to the event registration desk on the day of the event. Note – these individuals must pay for both the attendance fee and their membership. They will then receive reimbursement for the attendance fees in full within 2 to 4 weeks. Offer does not apply to Season Pass.
Here’s What you Missed Last Month!
In June, FWAHU hosted our Annual Awards Banquet and the induction of officers was given by new TAHU President Joe Phifer! At the ceremony, FWAHU recognized Ron Byrd as Volunteer of the Year, Dale Mason as Member of the Year, and Tonya Booth as Trustee of the Year.
FWAHU also recognized our first couple J.B. and Lori Gross as our 2014 Donna Carnall Career Achievement Award Recipients. The Donna Carnall Career Achievement Award was created as a way of honoring Donna Carnall for her many achievements. It is the highest and most prestigious honor the Fort Worth Association of Health Underwriters can bestow upon a member. In addition to J.B. and Lori’s own business success, both have put in many years of volunteerism and support to the Fort Worth, State, and National chapters.
Well done to all those who have been recently honored as it is well deserved!
