Please note our new registration policy as of July 1, 2019, registrations not made online and paid prior to the membership meeting/luncheon/event will incur a $5 additional fee.
Thursday, October 14, 2021 – Monthly Membership Lunch and 1 Hr CE @ Lone Star Park
Please join us IN PERSON at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, 1000 Lone Star Parkway, Grand Prairie TX 75050, (see attached parking map for more details on where to park and enter building) for our October monthly membership meeting and a 1 hour CE presented by Carla Adams of TASC. Following our monthly membership meeting and lunch, Carla will present the 1 hour CE, “ACA Reporting 2021 and Beyond” (Course# 127724, Provider# 32408).
Registration begins at 11:15am
Membership Meeting/Lunch – 11:30am
CE Begins – 12:00pm
CE concludes – 1:00pm
Pre-Registration ends on October 11th at 10:00AM.

Meeting cancellations received in writing 72 hours prior to webinar, will receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations will be made after this time. All registered members/guest who are no-shows will be invoiced a $35 no show charge.
