FWAHU would like to invite you to attend our upcoming luncheon and CE panel discussion of professionals from industries affected by Health Care Reform legislation titled, “The Other Side of ACA – Another Perspective” (provider # 32808, course # pending).  Panelists will discuss specific changes and challenges their industries have faced since the implementation of Health Care Reform.  Following the panel discussion, FWAHU’s own Laura Firestone will be presenting a CE, “Understanding the Tax Implications of the ACA… A Brief Perspective” (provider # 32808, course # pending)

**Special Non-Member Offer**

Non-members who enroll for a FWAHU membership on the day of the event will be eligible for a refund of their attendance fees. Their membership application and membership payment needs to be returned to the event registration desk on the day of the event.  Note – these individuals must pay for both the attendance fee and their membership. They will then receive reimbursement for the attendance fees in full within 2 to 4 weeks.

Here’s What you Missed Last Month!

In the famous words of School House Rock, “Ring one, Executive.. Two is Legislative, that’s Congress.. Ring three, Judiciary… See it’s kind of like my circus, circus.”

This month’s meeting focus was legislative starting with a panel of FWAHU Members reviewing NAHU’s 2015 Legislative Priorities and reporting back on the results of visiting with Congress in Washington D.C. during NAHU’s Annual Capitol Conference.  Following the panel, Ed Oleksiak, presented a 1-hour CE, “Health Care Reform: Are We Ready for 2015″ (Provider # 34585, Course # 97817).  Not only is Ed a phenomenal speaker, he is also NAHU’s National Legislative Vice-Chair and a direct link in relaying information to us from within the beltway.  Thank you again to BenefitMall for sponsoring our luncheon!
